Since 1957 when the first Child Support and Family Maintainance Law was promulgated by the United Nations at the Hague and beyond the 2007 update of those laws, the United Nations has defacto participated in defrauding thousands of women and their children, many now dead, of the dignity and security of their very own edicts. In a 1998 internet article from a law journal "Deadbeat Diplomats", then NYC Mayor Ruddie Guiliani called them "a bunch of bums" as fifty women in NYC alone were requesting assistance from the courts to collect their past due child support; before1994 these women had virtually no access to that process. I was one of those women denied access. Sign our petition at www.change.org. Ambassador Hamis Suedi Pay Past Due Child Support.
